Hi! I'm Elio Checa Romero

I fundamentally believe that every person is different and what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another person. You will get the best results when you find something you can hold onto in the long term.

I’ve always enjoyed helping develop people. It started when I was a soccer trainer and I oversaw the development of kids from 4 – 19 years. To see them improve on a monthly basis, to become better, to play smarter and to even cooperate better with their teammates was an amazing feeling. 

I obtained multiple diplomas to work as a personal trainer and since then, I’ve helped many people transform their bodies, perform better and get rid of pains or injuries. As your Personal trainer, I do everything I can to help you achieve your goals. 

What motivates me?

Now as a personal trainer, it motivates me if i see improvements from my clients, to see them find their own rhythm and improve their lifestyle. To see them being happy because they lost weight or gained muscle and to see them relieved because they don’t experience the same pain as they did before. 

To see their performance increase, fitting clothes better or being able to reduce the stress they have. Every little improvement is still a improvement and a step in the right direction.

A personal trainer can help you achieve your goals more easily and effectively by giving a positive boost to training, nutrition and lifestyle. Also to keep you motivated during this process.

A personal training session lasts 60 minutes, you can always come earlier to warm up.

I believe that everybody is different and what works for one person does not necessarily work for another. Together we will see what works best for you in the field of training, nutrition and lifestyle.

Ultimately it’s all about being able to sustain it in the long term, that’s where you will get the most results. I am convinced that with my knowledge about the human body, nutrition, training and recovery I can help you.

The first step to get started would be to sign up and leave your details in the form. I will get in touch with you within a few days to schedule an introductory meeting by telephone or at the gym to see what I can do for you and if you like it. 

After that I will send you an intake form, you can fill it in at home and return it. Based on the completed intake form I will have some questions that I want to discuss with you in an 30 minutes maximum intake interview.

After we have taken the above steps, I will add you in the app called MyPtHub, which will automatically send you an email to register yourself. Then you will receive one or more training schedules from me based on what we discussed in the intake and you can get started.

Every time you start training you can keep track of it in the app, which also keeps track of your progress. I can also keep track of your progress in the app and based on that you will receive weekly feedback. You can ask me any questions you have about the training (s) and nutrition in the app, I will respond within 24 hours .

There is also an option to schedule a PT session with me once a month at a reduced price in order to be able to observe your progress in real life and to adjust your training schedule accordingly.
