I have several methods that I use depending on what you prefer and what you can commit to, this can be for example taking pictures from your food and sending it to me through my trainingapp where i will give you feedback, changing lifestyle habits, or more specific keeping track of your weight, calories, protein, carbs and fats in which i give you a range of the amount you need on daily basis. This and more, it's all depending on your needs and finding something you can keep on doing for a longer period of time.

Functional Training

It is often underestimated what physical activities can mean when you get older. You will deteriorate the most physically and mentally if you sit still and do less daily activities. By exercising and eating healthy, you stay fit longer.
