A personal trainer can help you achieve your goals more easily and effectively by giving a positive boost to training, nutrition and lifestyle. Also to keep you motivated during this process.

A personal training session lasts 60 minutes, you can always come earlier to warm up.

I believe that everybody is different and what works for one person does not necessarily work for another. Together we will see what works best for you in the field of training, nutrition and lifestyle.

Ultimately it’s all about being able to sustain it in the long term, that’s where you will get the most results. I am convinced that with my knowledge about the human body, nutrition, training and recovery I can help you.

The first step to get started would be to sign up and leave your details in the form. I will get in touch with you within a few days to schedule an introductory meeting by telephone or at the gym to see what I can do for you and if you like it. 

After that I will send you an intake form, you can fill it in at home and return it. Based on the completed intake form I will have some questions that I want to discuss with you in an 30 minutes maximum intake interview.

After we have taken the above steps, I will add you in the app called Virtuagym, which will automatically send you an email to register yourself. Then you will receive one or more training schedules from me based on what we discussed in the intake and you can get started.

Every time you start training you can keep track of it in the app, which also keeps track of your progress. I can also keep track of your progress in the app and based on that you will receive weekly feedback. You can ask me any questions you have about the training (s) and nutrition in the app, I will respond within 24 hours .

There is also an option to schedule a PT session with me once a month at a reduced price in order to be able to observe your progress in real life and to adjust your training schedule accordingly.

The Duo training means that you and a friend get personal training at the same time and the costs are therefore divided. You will be guided separately in the field of nutrition.

The Personal Training takes place at Sportcity Shape All-in.

I have several methods to help you with your nutrition depending on what works best for you. For example, one person has certain nutrition goals per week, and the other likes to send photos of his \ her food in the app to me and I give weekly feedback.  I can also calculate the number of calories, proteins, carbohydrates and fats that the person have to eat on a daily basis.
What is important is that you can find a good pattern that can keep you going in the long term and I want to help you find it.

That depends on the injury / pain. Often you can still train but you need to know what to do exactly. Using the Mylogenics method we can in most cases still train and we can see if a treatment is possible.

Depends on several things including your age, your fitness level and goal. In most cases I recommend protein powder and multivitamin, but again this depends on the person.

Definitely! Beginners can progress more quickly than advanced people, it is certainly useful to learn the right techniques, start well and stay injury-free.

Yes, there is a option to take the one time offer for 3 PT sessions with a discount. This wil give you the time to see how the Personal Training sessions are with me without commiting for a longer time. The one time 3 PT sessions offer = €150,- in total.

No, you buy 10, 25 or 50 PT sessions, you can pay this in one time or you can pay it off.

Here I can provide a clearer answer after the intake. It depends on your condition, goal (s), time and budget. You may have to train together 3 days a week, but your budget and time doesn’t allow that. In this case, I have a program for you on the app that you do that keeps track of your progress on the days when you can’t train with me so you can still make progress.

Yes, I make a plan with you based on your goals with a schedule and then we have a few workouts to get you to do the exercises correctly so you get the most out of it. If you have questions about the exercises and program, you can always ask them. I always share the information that is relevant to you. The number of sessions required for this depends on your fitness goal and level, how quickly you control the exercises and your budget.

If you are more interested in coaching after the sessions without the PT sessions, there is always an option for Online Coaching, here you have a tailor-made program that is on an app and then you can get started yourself. You can always plan an extra session or sessions to refresh or upgrade your program.
