ECR Sports Performance processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide personal data to ECR Sports Performance.

We explain in this privacy statement which personal data we collect in respect of you, for which purposes we do so, how we handle your personal data and to whom we provide your personal data. If you use our website and/or services, we process (temporarily) all personal data you have provided to us.  ECR Sports Performance processes inter alia your first and last name, address details, payment information, telephone number and your e-mail address. We also process the personal data of (potential) customers and/or persons working for our customers, job applicants and employees and other third parties.

All personal data you have provided to us are handled in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the applicable legislation and regulations.
